Little do these morons know, who are brainwashing these kids, that you can’t stop nature from it’s course, it’s natural for animals and plants to go extinct and to die off, 98% of all living things on the earth are extinct, 98% of everything that was once here, is now gone. …not NeArLY that powerful as to change nature or change the weather or to make animals extinct (ie: polar bears). They tell you and show you about polar bears in alaska that are starving and warming up yet they leave out the part where when they need food, it’s from another animal, they shred apart their prey tearing it limb from limb blood shooting in all directions as they eat and chew and claw into it, you tell me that’s cute and cuddly.
Yep, that’s very true, and even more unfortunate! There are people willing to kill other people for numerous reasons, could be religion, could be jealousy, could be that they were raised that way and still believe that way, and then there are people willing to defend themselves so there is always going to be war. I live in the US and I take a lot of offence from people who told this girl these things, making it look like it’s our fault that they are that way, it’s not the wealthy country’s…
fault, it’s their own country’s fault, it’s their government’s fault, taking their money and spending it for themselves. (most cases it is) I don’t mind at all helping people, but I’ve seen people go and take money out of that money jar and go buy a pack of cigarettes and alcohol.

Look, I’m sorry to offend you, but certain things have been brought to light which answers not only the political aspect of world poverty and starvation, but this is also a spiritual subject. My reason for saying this is not to cause controversy or create confusion, but to show people that there is more to this than what meets the eye, and that although (you) for example may love and be proud of your country and community…
… in which you come from, it is a harsh reality to understand that the one’s who we may praise and look up to, are the one’s who are worshiping and living by the elements that create and dictate such affliction in the first place. Please don’t take offence, as I think it would be more wise for you to do your own research and come back with proof, rather than harbouring resentful emotion’s or feelings of hurt because of what I have stated. We are all being mislead, not only you.

of course a predator is not going to be “cute and cuddly” when it’s eating. that doesn’t mean that the animal’s power and beauty can’t be appreciated – from a safe distance. ;-) that also doesn’t mean we should shrug our shoulders when they begin to go extinct. we may not be causing the die-offs or the global shifts, but they are happening and we need to take heed. we must prepare for a changing climate and face the fact that we WILL run out of oil. we need another energy system, pronto.
unless she is addressing CEOs and billionaires, she’s talking to the wrong people. middle class people already give a LOT to charities and the poor in general.
also, nothing we can do will stop a mass extinction if that is what is happening now. just ask the dinosaurs. the best we can hope to do is adapt and survive it.

i dont know this girls name, but i salute her honesty, her bravery and her compassion. may we all think and feel as she does some day, and perhaps, just mabye, our species will have some hope for a better tomorrow.
