There are many better books out there that are easier to follow and comprehend if you are not a law student. Not impressive.

I don’t care much for this book. I’ve had business books as an undergard that were written much better than this. The author also needs to learn to use a thesaurus. I often felt like I was reading the same thing over & over again due to over usage of the same words/phrases throughout the entire book

I am not the type of person who generally likes to read text books, but after reading this book, there may be some textbooks that are helpful. This books goes over almost everything that managers would encounter in the business world, and it explains the subjects in great detail. What I really liked about the book was that after explaining the material, the book would use real world experiences or cases to explain the application of the law. This is very helpful for someone who is not as familiar with how the law works.

This book was no more or no less expensive than what I saw at other places, but it was in really good condition for being used. It was also delivered earlier than I expected, which was a good thing because I had procrastinated in ordering it for school and needed it pretty quickly.
The seller was very responsive to my emails as well — I really appreciated that.
