2 things I’ve been craving lately, laying down on the ground and taking a step up from distilled water you’ve addressed here, thanks for bringing us this info Dan and Lou.
I’ve been using a small ozone generator I got for about $150 online for my drinking water. 15 minutes is all you need for the ozone to destroy and oxidize any metals and chloramines out of the tap water. The pH and alkalinity of my tap water is just fine. I have to admit, I do drink distilled water when I fast especially,

I don’t know… the raw food diet is one thing but all this other stuff… ‘magical’ water sources that heal diseases, magnetic radiation from the earth (which is blocked by concrete, shoes, cars)… he seems like a really nice guy but I have to admit I’m very skeptical about claims like those.

I’ve heard from David Wolfe (raw fooder) that rubber soles block our connection to Earth but leather soles are OK. Also he says to be a raw fooder 100% you really need your own garden, otherwise 80% is practical for most folk.

Maybe your not aware bro but this magic water is pure mineralized water i live in america and have never had real water and im suffering for it.the number one form of population control is our water.
