The Texas Land Office and Texas Water Commission successfully used ‘oil eating’ microbes to clean up large oil spills in just weeks. Microbes hunt down and eat the toxic oil and leave only a biodegradable waste that is non-toxic to humans and marine life. Marshland and beaches were pristine again in just weeks—not years like the Exxon Valdez spill. This is the answer to save the seafood industry and all the precious creatures we are about to kill.

We have been conned. Remember just before this happened…Obama said he was going to start drilling off shore for oil. Just a ploy to make us think he had nothing to do with the explosion! We know he and his crooked regime did it!

Doesn’t anyone understand that “they” DON’T WANT TO FIX IT!!! I pray that there is intervention everyday and if I could withstand the temperatures there I would go myself to help clean it up…Young strong people get yer butts down there to find out why they are dragging their feet AND make something happen before it destroys the world’s waters!!!!!

This administration doesn’t want this fixed or they would find solutions like this. Whoever has this technology, should not wait to be paid by the government & should go out there and dump microbes out there and save the oceans & wild life. I’m sure the public would be willing to donate money to them to do this.

In addition to oil, millions of gals. of dispersent, Corexit 9500 which is 4x more toxic than oil and kills marine life. IThe ingredients for Corexit 9527 include: 2-Butoxyethanol. Look this up in Wikipedia…

The way to fix it is to lower a suction fan, pipe to surface, store on supertanker, ship to land, filter. You get the oil and solve the problem.

I’ll help in any way I can. I’m posting a short video response and hope what I touch upon is not the reason this is not being used. I addressed this when it first happened and got zilch in response. I see you have gotten 44,486 views with only 390 thumbs up and two down. I really believe this can work as well as the no impact on the environment. I think they are afraid they will lose the oil field and that’s why no mention of this alternative method. Thank you for having a good post on this.
This is something to address the results of the problem, but not the problem itself. It may work after the gushing has stopped. But considering the volume of oil being released–much of it apparently at deep-sea levels–it can’t plug the leak.
careful. Microbes need oxygen to work. Already 30% Oxygen decrease around spill. No oxygen, 200 mile mass of dead microbes = clouds of human killing hydrogen sulfide. How do we like BP now??
