So they fired minorities. Should they be protected against being fired if they can not do their jobs correctly. And showing a lewd picture? Ehm?
The rubbing the penis incident is the only thing that is really inappropriate. However, some of the claims are too outlandish to be believable. Jews as sewer rats? Bah, humbug.
I’m not sure where I stand here. If you compare the % of minorities to whites, obviously whites have a majority. While New York has a larger percentage of minorities compared to most parts of America, New York is still a hub for jobs available all across the country… it’s a big city. And while this is an individual case… overall, I’m still in the middle over the idea that minorities are required or “being denied for being [enter ethnicity]” in the workplace. This is more to do with sexism.
